• Gift vouchers for the treatments are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• They cannot be used beyond the expiry date, which is displayed on the voucher.
• Treatments using vouchers need to be booked in advance.
• Where you have requested that we post your voucher these will be sent by first class post within 24 hours.
• You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange it at the reception on the day of your booking.
• Vouchers do not provide priority or guarantee bookings if the spa is busy at a particular time.
• There are no refunds on vouchers. If the voucher value exceeds the price of the chosen treatment when booked, the balance will be issued as a gift
•  voucher with the same expiry date.

• These packages can be redeemed for any combination of our standard massages – for example the buy 5 get one free package can be used as 3 x 2 hour, or 6 x 1 hour or any other viable combination.
• The packages are for standard massages only, so if additional treatments (for example exfoliation) are requested, then any balance will be due at the time of treatment.
• These packages cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or existing loyalty cards.
• The packages will have a one-year expiry date from the date purchased.
• Vouchers will be issued representing the package purchased, it is important that you present the voucher at each treatment session to be applied to that treatment.
• Any lost vouchers can be replaced on payment of a small £2.00 fee to cover postage and packing, but no treatment can be applied until the replacement voucher is issued.
