Our policy regarding Covid 19
We are all watching developments with regards to COVID19 and want to assure our clients that we are taking all reasonable steps to ensure your treatments are safe in these difficult times.
In these ever-moving circumstances we will respond to all Government guidance as quickly as possible and update this page with any developments. Please read this Q&A in full before making a booking or visiting our Spa – thank you.
This information was last updated 24 February 2022.
Q Will Sanitiser be provided?
A We shall provide a sanitiser station in our entrance hall and sanitiser will be available in each of our treatment rooms for all clients to use.
Q Will your therapists wear face masks?
A Our therapists and receptionists will continue to wear a mask in any area that the public has access to for the foreseeable future.
Q Do I have to wear a face mask?
A There is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. The government suggests that you continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.
Q Do I have to be socially distanced?
A In our waiting areas we will endeavour to ensure that seating is suitably distanced.
Q How often do you clean the treatment rooms?
A All surfaces that are touched by clients or staff will be cleaned or replaced after each treatment and we allow time between bookings to allow this.
Q Why do I have to book time slots for use of facilities?
A One of the ways to keep clients safe and feeling reassured is to limit the number of people using facilities at any given time. This is done by allocating time slots for clients giving therapists the opportunity to sanitise treatment rooms. We may still be able to facilitate walk in custom but will only do so where we remain able to perform our sanitising responsibilities, therefore it is better to book before attending.
Q I have as cold can I attend?
A Symptoms of Covid-19 include:
· Fever/Chills
· Fatigue
· Muscle pain
· Dry cough
· Sore Throat
· Difficulty Breathing
· Loss of sense of taste or smell
Whilst there is no longer a legal requirement to isolate if testing positive for Covid 19, we respectfully request that if you or any household members, have or have experienced the symptoms listed above in the last 14 days please do not attend. Please note for the safety of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those with a high temperature or displaying any of the above symptoms.
Q I have just returned from an overseas trip can I attend?
A You should only attend if you have complied with current travel requirements and have had a negative PCR test, or can provide evidence of a recent lateral flow test negative result.
